Abstract:
THE FPA SECTION 305(B) REQUIRES FERC AUTHORIZATION TO HOLD CERTAIN INTERLOCKING EXECUTIVE POSITIONS. THE INFORMATION DEFINED IN THESE FILING REQUIREMENTS IS USED TO DETERMINE WHETHER AN APPLICANT SHOULD BE AUTHORIZED TO HOLD THE INTERLOCKING POSITIONS AND CRITERIA SET FORTH IN FPA SECTION 305(B) AS INTERPRETED BY THE FERC.
