THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY THE PROPOSED STANDARDS IS NECESSARY TO ALLOW THE AGENCY TO DETERMINE THE SOURCES SUBJECT TO THE STANDARDS AND WHETHER THE BEST AVAILABLE TECHNOLOGY IS BEING APPLIED AND OPERATED AND MAINTAINED PROPERLY. GLASS PLANTS THAT USE ARSENIC ARE AFFECTED.
