Abstract:
PROVIDES FUNDS TO STATES AND TERRITORIES TO IMPLEMENT FEDERALLY APPROVED COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT PLANS. INFORMATION IS USED TO DETERMINE IF ACTIVITIES WILL HELP ACHIEVE NATIONAL COASTAL MANAGEMENT OBJECTIVES, AND IF STATE IS ADHERING TO ITS APPROVED PLAN.
