THE INFORMATION ELICITED BY THE USE OF THESE FORMS IS NEEDED TO ENABLE SSA TO DETERMINE THE CONTINUING ENTITLEMENT TO SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFIT AND THE PROPER BENEFIT AMOUNTS OF BENEFICIARIES LIVING OUTSIDE THE U.S. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF PERSONS LIVING OUTSIDE THE U.S. WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BENEFITS UNDER TITLE II OF THE SOCIAL SECURIT ACT.
