THE FORMS ARE TO BE USED TO GATHER INFORMATION ON EXPENDITURES, INCOME AND OTHER RELATED SUBJECTS TO BE USED TO PERIODICALLY UPON THE CONSUMER PRICE INDEX (CPI). DATA COLLECTED ARE FROM A MULTISTAGE, NATIONAL PROBABILITY SAMPLE OF HOUSEHOLDS DESIGNED TO BE REPRESENATIVE OF THE TOTAL NONINSTITUTIONAL POPULATION.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
