Abstract:
FEDERAL LAW (5 U.S.C. 8521 ET SEQ.) PROVIDES UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE PROTECTION TO FORMER MEMBERS OF THE ARMED FORCE'S REFERRED TO IN ABBREVIATE FORM AS "UCX." THE FORMS IN THE UCX HANDBOOK ARE USED TO IMPLEMENT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ACT.
