Abstract:
COAL MINE OPERATORS ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE BATHHOUSE, CLOTHING CHANGE ROOMS, AND SANITARY TOILET FACILITIES AT OR NEAR THE MINE SITE FOR USE OF MINERS. THE REGULATIONS PROVIDE PROCEDURES BY WHICH THE OPERATOR M REQUEST AND BE GRANTED A WAIVER OF THESE PROVISIONS.
