Abstract:
THE I-602 IS AN APPLICATION REQUIRED TO IMPLEMENT THE WAIVER OF EXCLUDABILITY PROVISIONS AS PROVIDED IN THE REFUGEE ACT OF 1980. THE ACT REQUIRES I&NS TO REPORT TO CONGRESS THE NUMBER OF WAIVERS GRANTED AND A SUMMARY OF THE REASONS FOR GRANTING SUCH WAIVERS.
