Abstract:
THE PROPOSED REGULATIONS WOULD REQUIRE RAILROAD EMPLOYERS TO MAKE MORE FREQUENT DEPOSITS OF RAILROAD RETIREMENT TAXES AND IS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 226 OF THE RAILROAD RETIREMEN SOLVENCY ACT.
