Terms of Clearance: Approval is granted for two years to allow FCC to conduct an orderly replacement of its current licensee EEO requirements. FCC must includ in its FY 1985 Information Collection Budget submission a report on it progress and plans for replacing its current licensee EEO requirements including a statement of whether this rulemaking (FCC Docket 21474) ha been included as a priority review in FCC's regulatory agenda. The report should explain how FCC will reach a reasoned judgement on the need for licensee EEO reporting requirements.
