EACH COMMERCIAL AND NONCOMMERCIAL STATION SHALL KEEP OPERATING LOGS EA BROADCAST DAY IN AN ORDERLY AND LEGIBLE MANNER. EACH LOG SHALL BE KEP BY A BY A LICENSED OPERATOR OR AUTOMATIC DEVICE. THE INFORMATION ON T LOG WILL BE USED FOR AN ASSESSMENT OF STATIONS PERFORMANCE BY THE COMMISSION AND PUBLIC.
