Abstract:
TO COMPLY WITH STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS, RESPONDENTS COMPILE A BIENNIAL REPORT OF INFORMATION ON LOCATION, AMOUNT AND DESCRIPTION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE HANDLED. EPA USES THE INFORMATION TO DEFINE THE POPULATION OF THE REGULATED COMMUNITY AND TO EXPAND ITS DATA OF INFORMATION FOR RULEMAKING.
