FOURTEEN REPORTING AND RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS ARE ADDRESSED BY THI SUBMISSION. THEY ARE NEEDED TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH U.S. REGULATION FOR DESIGN AND OPERATION OF NES LIQUEFIED GAS CARRIERS. CURRENTLY 44 NEW FOREIGN FLAG LIQUEFIED GAS CARRIERS ARE SUBJECT TO THESE REQUIREMENTS.
