UNDER 1320.14[f], OMB REQUESTS THAT HHS INITIATE RULEMAKING TO REVISE RECORDKEEPING REQUIREMENTS IN SECTION 405.1413[c]. SPECIFICALLY, THE REQUIREMENT IS UNNECESSARILY PRESCRIPTIVE AND SHOULD BE REVISED TO REQUIRE CURRENT EMPLOYEE RECORDS SUFFICIENT TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH 405.1413[a] and 405.1413[b]. HHS SHALL ALSO SUBMIT BURDEN CALCULATION FOR REQUIREMENTS UNDER 405.1413, 1414, AND 1416 WITHIIN 60 DAYS OF THI ACTION.
