FOR 1099-B MUST BE USED BY BARTER EXCHANGE OFFICIALS AND BROKERS TO REPORT PROCEEDS FROM ALL TRANSACTIONS TO THE IRS. THIS REG. AMENDME (1.6045-1(F)(2)(II)) REQUIRES THAT BARTER EXCHANGES ONLY NEED TO REPOR THEIR TRANSACTIONS ON AN AGGREGATE BASIS FOR THE REPORTING PERIOD.
