PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 4 AND 16 OF THE NGA, THE COMMISSION REQUIRES THES DATA TO ANALYZE PGA FILINGS TO ENSURE THAT THE PGA RATE CHANGES ARE JUST AND REASONABLE AND ACCURATELY REFLECT THE PIPELINE'S APPROVED PGA CLAUSE.
