EPA REQUIRES IMPORTERS OF PESTICIDES AND RELATED DEVICES TO NOTIFY THE AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ARRIVAL OF THE SHIPMENT IN THE U.S. EPA USES THIS FORM IN CONJUNCTION WITH CUSTOMS TO REGULATE THESE IMPORTS.
