DIV. OF CONTRACTS USES BILLING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NRC COST TYPE CONTRACT TO INSURE THAT SUFFICIENT COST DETAIL IS PROVIDED THE GOVT. TO ALLOW F PROPER CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION BY THE GOVT. CONTRACTORS MUST FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS IN PREPARING INVOICES FOR PAYMENT UNDER THE CONTRACTS.
