Abstract:
THE EGG PRODUCTS INSPECTION ACT REQUIRES AND DIRECTS THE DEPARTMENT TO PROMULGATE RULES AND REGULATIONS TO CARRY OUT THE PURPOSES AND PROVISIONS OF THE ACT TO ASSURE WHOLESOME AND PROPERLY LABELED EGG PRODUCTS, AN CONTROL THE DISPOSITION OF RESTRICTED SHELL EGGS THAT ARE UNFIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION.
