THE REPAYMENT SCHEDULE SHOWS THE COST OF THE HEAL LOAN TO THE BORROWER INCLUDING PRINCIPAL AND THE INTEREST, AND THE NUMBER AND AMOUNT OF PAYMENTS. THE SCHEDULE ALSO PROVIDES THE TRUTH-IN-LENDING DISCLOSURES REQUIRED BY THE FEDERAL RESERVE BOARD (REGULATION Z).
