LMRDA REQUIRES UNIONS TO FILE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORTS, COPIES OF THEI CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS. UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES REPORTS ARE REQUIRED OF UNION OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, EMPLOYERS AND LABOR RELATION CONSULTANTS, SURETY COMPANIES. FILERS ARE REQUIRED TO RETAIN SUPPORTI RECORDS 5 YRS.
