Abstract:
SECTION 18 OF THE BUS REGULATORY REFORM ACT OF 1982 REQUIRES THE SECRETARY OF TRANSPORTATION TO PROMULGATE REGULATIONS GOVERNING ITS' PROVISIONS. SECTION 18 REQUIRES FOR-HIRE MOTOR CARRIERS OF PASSENGERS TO MAINTAIN MINIMUM LEVELS OF FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY. THE ENDORSEMENTS WILL SERVE AS PROOF OF COVERAGE.
