CODE SECTION 4971, 4972, 4973(A) AND 4975 IMPOSE VARIOUS EXCISE TAXES ON A PENSION AND PROFIT-SHARING PLANS. FORM 5330 IS USED TO COMPUTE THESE VARIOUS TAXES AND AS A MEANS OF COLLECTING THESE TAXES.
