Abstract:
SECTION 76.601 REQUIRES THAT THE OPERATOR OF EACH CABLE TV SYSTEM MAINTAIN AN UP-TO-DATE LISTING OF CURRENTLY CARRIED TV CHANNELS AND CONDUCT AND FILE AN ANNUAL SYSTEM PERFORMANCE TEST. THIS FILE ASSURES THE COMMISSION THAT THE SYSTEM COMPLIES WITH THE COMMISSION'S RULES AND THAT GOOD ENGINEERING PRACTICES ARE BEING APPLIED.
