Abstract:
TO TEST SAMPLING SCHEME FOR ESTIMATING CROP AND LIVESTOCK PRODUCTION. A MAJOR "MULTIFRAME" SURVEY IN JUNE WILL BE SUBSAMPLED FOR SURVEYS CONDUCTED NEXT 12 MONTHS. ESTIMATES USED BY AGRICULTURAL INDUSTRY AND GOVERNMENT IN THEIR ANALYSIS OF CURRENT PRODUCTION POTENTIONS. RESPONDENT UNIVERSE FOR TEST IS FARMERS IN ARIZONA, ILLINOIS AND TENNESSEE.
