Abstract:
PERSONS WHO PRODUCE OR DEAL IN UNTAXPAID ALCOHOL ARE LIABLE FOR THE TA ATTACHED TO THAT ALCOHOL. FOR THIS REASON THEY ARE REQUIRED TO FILE BONDS WHICH COVER SPECIFIC LIABILITIES. WHEN THE TERMS OF THE BOND AR ARE TO BE CHANGED OR EXTENDED, THE CONSENT OF SURETY IS FILED. THIS LEGALLY BINDS THE BONDING COMPANY TO THE NEW TERMS.
