THE MASTER OF A VESSEL DOCUMENTED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES ENGAGE IN FOREIGN OR COASTING TRADE, OR INTENDED TO BE EMPLOYED IN SUC TRADE, MUST DECLARE, AT THE PORT OF FIRST ARRIVAL FROM ANY FOREIGN COUNTRY, ANY EQUIPMENT, REPAIR PARTS, OR MATERIALS PURCHASED FOR VESSE OR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED IN A FOREIGN COUNTRY.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
