THE PROPOSED RULEMAKING WOULD CLARIFY AND STREAMLINE MANY OF THE COMMISSION'S REGULATIONS THAT GOVERN HYDROELECTRIC APPLICATIONS, AMEND PART 4 OF THE REGULATIONS TO INCORPORATE COMMISSIO DECISIONS, AND REORGANIZE SECTIONS OF PART TO INTEGRATE THE REGULATION CONCERNING EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS INTO SUBPART D.
