Abstract:
THE PROPOSED RULEMAKING WOULD CLARIFY AND STREAMLINE MANY OF THE COMMISSION REGULATIONS THAT GOVERN HYDROELECTRIC APPLICATIONS, AMEND PART 4 OF THE REGULATIONS TO INCORPORATE COMMISSION DECISIONS, AND REORGANIZE SECTIONS OF PART 4 TO INTEGRATE THE REGULATIONS CONCERNING EXEMPTION APPLICATIONS INTO SUBPARAGRAPH.
