Abstract:
SMALL AIR CARRIER TRAFFIC LEVEL AND SERVICE PATTERN DATA ARE NEEDED BY THE BOARD AND USED TO MONITOR CARRIER FITNESS, ESTABLISH LEVELS OF ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE, SET SUBSIDY LEVELS AND REVIEW CLAIMS, AND MONITOR THE IMPACT OF DEREGULATION.
