THE OES SURVEY PROGRAM IS A FED/STATE SAMPLE SURVEY OF EMPLOYMENT BY OCCUPATION IN NONFARM ESTABLISHMENTS THAT IS USED TO PRODUCE DATA ON CURRENT OCCUPATIONAL EMPLOYMENT AND IS A COMPONENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING PROGRAMS AND OCCUPATIONAL INFORMATION SYSTEMS.
