If no changes are made to the information collection requirements contained in this NPRM when the final rule is published, the collection is approved. When the rule is implemented, submit an inventory correction worksheet to correct the burden. Any information required that would not ordinarily appear in the normal course of business, must be accounted for in the burden. THE INFORMATION ON THE COMMERCIAL INVOICE IS USED FOR THE PROPER ASSESSMENT OF CUSTOMS DUTIES. IT IS USED TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WITH STATUTES AND REGULATIONS. THE INFORMATION IS FURNISHED BY A FOREIGN SELLER OR SHIPPER IN THE NORMAL COURSE OF BUSINESS.
