Abstract:
FEDERAL AVIATION ACT OF 1958, SECTION 503 (49 USC 1403) REQUIRES THE RECORDING OF THE AIRCRAFT CONVEYANCES AND SECURITY DOCUMENTS. 14 CFR 49 PRESCRIBES REQUIREMENTS FOR RECORDING THE DOCUMENTS. INFORMATION COLLECTED IS USED TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE.
