Abstract:
PL 91-373 REQUIRED THE SECRETARY OF LABOR BE GIVEN RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPERATION OF AN ARRANGEMENT FOR THE PAYMENT OF COMPENSATION ON THE BASIS OF COMBINING WAGES FROM MORE THAN ONE STATE. THIS REPORT FROM T 53 JURISDICTIONS IS NEEDED TO MEASURE THE SCOPE OF THIS PROGRAM AND MONITOR THE OPERATION AND EFFECTIVENESS.
