Abstract:
THE INFORMATION REQUESTED IS NEEDED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 205 (F)(2) OF THE FEDERAL POWER ACT FOR A REVIEW "NOT LESS FREQUENTLY THAN EVERY TWO YEARS" OF "PRACTICES...TO INSURE EFFICIENT USE OF RESOURCES." THE INFORMATION WILL BE COLLECTED FROM ELECTRIC UTILITIES ON FUEL PURCHASE PRACTICES AND POLICIES ON A BIENNIAL BASIS.
