Abstract:
PROCESSORS PROVIDE DATA ON PRODUCTION, PRICES, AND INVENTORIES OF FARM-RAISED CATFISH. MISSISSIPI CATFISH PRODUCERS WOULD BE ASKED DATA ON INVENTORY, LOSSES FROM DISEASE, PLUSE LIVE HAUL SALES. RESULT FROM BOTH SURVEYS WOULD BE USED BY PRODUCERS AND PROCESSORS IN THEIR PRODUCTION AND MARKETING DECISIONS.
