Abstract:
THE NATIONAL HEALTH INTERVIEW SURVEY, AN ONGOING SURVEY OF THE CIVILIA NONINSTITUTIONALIZED POPULATION, EVALUATES THE NATION'S HEALTH. THE SECOND PRETEST OF THE ACCOMPANYING HEALTH PROMOTION/DISEASE PRVENTION SUPPLEMENT OCCURS IN SEPTEMBER 1984. THE 1985 SUPPLEMENT WILL PROVIDE BASELINE DATA FOR 28 OF THE DHHS SECRETARY'S 1990 OBJECTIVES FOR THE NATION.
