Abstract:
THE DOCUMENT IS USED BY THE MASTER OF FISHING VESSELS FOR THE CONDITIONALLY FREE WITHDRAWAL OF SUPPLIES TO BE USED DURING THE VOYAGE FROM BONDED WAREHOUSES. IT ALLOWS FOR SIX CONSECUTIVE ARRIVALS IN THE U.S. IT IS ALSO USED TO CERTIFY THE PROPER DISPOSITION OF THOSE SUPPLIES.
