CHEMICAL MANUFACTURERS PLANNING SIGNIFICANT NEW USE OF AN EXISTING CHEMICAL SUBSTANCE MUST SUBMIT NOTICE OF THEIR INTENTIONS TO EPA. THE AGENCY WILL EVALUATE EFFECTS OF THE SIGNIFICANT NEW USE ON HUMAN HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT.
