It must be resubmitted in a single request with a single supporting statement together with "Medical Examination--Drivers Transporting Migrant Workers," OMB No. 2125-0079. The supporting statement for the combine package must also descibe and justify any differences in medical requirements for drivers who transport migrant workers, compared to other drivers subject to BMCS regulations.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
