Abstract:
THE APPLICATION IS REQUIRED FROM ALL CITIZENS WHO OWN OR OPERATE VESSELS IN THE U.S. FOREIGN OR DOMESTIC COMMERCE AND WHO DESIRE BENEFI UNDER THE CRF PROGRAM. THE MONTHLY BANK STATEMENTS ARE REQUIRED FROM EACH CITIZEN'S DEPOSITORY ONCE THEY HAVE ENTERED INTO A CRF AGREEMENT IN ORDER FOR THE MARITIME ADMINISTRATION TO PROPERLY ADMINISTER AND MONITOR THE PROGRAM.
