PURSUANT TO THE TARIFF ACT OF 1930, THE TRADE ACT OF 1974, AND THE AGRICULTURAL ADJUSTMENT ACT, THE U.S.I.T.C. MAKES DETERMINATIONS WHETHER OR NOT IMPORTS ARE CAUSING INJURY TO DOMESTIC INDUSTRIES.
