Abstract:
THE INFORMATION COLLECTED BY THE USE OF FORM SSA-8006 IS NEEDED TO ASCERTAIN A RECIPIENT'S LIVING ARRANGEMENT WHICH IS MATERIAL FOR A DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY TO SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME (SSI) PAYMENTS. THE AFFECTED PUBLIC IS COMPRISED OF INDIVIDUALS WHO APPLY FOR SSI PAYMENTS.
