Abstract:
ESTABLISH UNIFORM APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR PROCESSING COLOR-OF-TITLE CLAIMS. SPECIFIC INFORMATION IS NECESSARY FOR THE DETERMINATION OF TH APPLICANTS QUALIFICATIONS TO CLAIM TITLE TO A SPECIFIC TRACT OF GOVERNMENT LAND, AS REQUIRED BY THE ACTS OF DECEMBER 22, 1928, AS AMENDED AND FEBRUARY 23, 1932. ANY INDIVIDUAL, GROUP, OR CORPORATION AUTHORIZED TO HOLD TITLE TO LAND IN THE STATE AND WHO BELIEVE HE HAS A VALID CLAIM UNDER COLOR-OF-TITLE MAY APPLY.
