THIS REG. PROVIDES RULES RELATING TO THE PERSONS AND PROPERTY SUBJECT TO THE REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND THE INFO. REQUIRED TO BE REPORTED UNDER SEC. 6050J OF THE ICR. PERSONS WHO IN CONNECTION WITH A TRADE OR BUSINESS LEND MONEY SECURED BY PROPERTY AND LATER ACQUIRE AN INTERE IN THE PROPERTY AND HAVE REASON TO KNOW IT HAS BEEN ABANDONED ARE AFFECTED. THE INFO.
