Abstract:
SECTION 6111 REQUIRES ORGANIZERS OF TAX SHELTERS TO REGISTER THE TAX SHELTER WITH THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE AND TO FURNISH THE REGISTRATION NUMBER OF THE TAX SHELTER TO INVESTORS IN THE TAX SHELTER AND ALSO REQUIRES INVESTORS IN THE TAX SHELTER TO REPORT THE REGISTRATION NUMBER ON THEIR TAX RETURN.
