IN ORDER TO OBTAIN A CRISIS COUNSELING GRANT, THE STATE AGENCY NAMED BY THE GOVERNOR, USUALLY THE STATE MENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT, MUST SEND A LETTER AND PLAN OF SERVICES TO FEMA, AND ALSO REPORT QUARTERLY IF THE PROJECT IS APPROVED AND FUNDED.
