FORM 1120 IS USED BY CORPORATIONS TO REPORT THEIR INCOME SUBJECT TO TAX AND COMPUTE THEIR CORRECT INCOME TAX LIABILITY. SCHED. D (FORM 112 IS USED BY FORPORATIONS TO REPORT GAINS OR (LOSSES) FROM SALES OR EXCHANGES OF CAPITAL ASSETS AND FIGURE THE ALTERNATIVE TAX. SCHED. PH (FORM 1120) IS USED BY A PERSONAL HOLDING COMPANY TO COMPUTE ITS TAX. FOR THESE THREE FORMS, THIS INFO. IS USED TO DETERMINE THE TAXPAYER'S CORRECT TAX LIABILITY AND FOR GENERAL STATISTICS USE.
