THIS INDUSTRY IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT NOTIFICATION AS FACILITIES BECOME SUBJECT TO THE STANDARD AND TO REPORT RESULTS OF INITIAL PERFORMANCE TESTS. DATA MUST BE COLLECTED BUT NOT REPORTED IN ORDER TO DOCUMENT THAT EMISSIONS ARE THOSE ATTAINABLE BY THE BEST TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEM OF CONTINUOS EMISSION REDUCTION.
