Abstract:
NSPS REPORTING REQUIREMENTS KEEP EPA INFORMED OF NEW SOURCES THAT BECO SUBJECT TO THE STANDARD AND PROVIDE A RECORD OF INITIAL COMPLIANCE STATUS OF EACH SOURCE. RECORDKEEPING CONSISTS OF MONTHLY PERFORMANCE TEST RESULTS AND CONTROL DEVICE OPERATIVE PARAMETERS. THESE RECORDS PROVIDE A HISTORY OF THE COMPLIANCE STATUS OF EACH SOURCE.
